1. Introduction

3. Amendments to the Terms

4. User Eligibility and Obligations

By using the Service, you confirm that:

5. Restricted Use

You must not use the Service if:

  • You engage in fraud, collusion, data scraping, spam, or illegal activity

Accounts are non-transferable. Fund transfers between player accounts are prohibited.

E2BET may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these restrictions.

6. Account Registration

Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts result in closure and forfeiture.

7. Account Security

Notify Customer Support immediately if unauthorized access is suspected. E2BET may suspend the account during investigation.

8. Account Management

  • Accounts operate in supported currencies
  • Credit is not extended
  • E2BET may suspend or close accounts to protect service integrity
  • Erroneously credited funds remain the property of E2BET
  • Overdrawn balances constitute debt owed to E2BET

You may request account closure via Customer Support.

9. Inactive Accounts

An inactivity fee of €5 per month (or equivalent) may apply after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, provided the account holds a positive balance. Notification is provided in advance.

10. Deposits

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

Player accounts are not bank accounts and do not earn interest.

13. Errors and System Malfunctions

Bets affected by system errors, incorrect odds, or technical malfunctions may be voided. E2BET reserves the right to correct balances and recover overpayments.

14. Rules of Play

  • Results become final after 72 hours
  • Invalid or unverifiable events are refunded
  • Minimum and maximum stake limits apply

16. Force Majeure

E2BET is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including system failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

17. Limitation of Liability

E2BET’s liability is limited to the lesser of:

  • The value of the affected wager, or
  • €500 in aggregate

Business losses are excluded.

18. Underage Gambling

If underage gambling is identified:

  • The account is suspended
  • Winnings are forfeited
  • Deposits may be returned at discretion
  • Authorities may be notified

Higher local age limits also apply where relevant.

19. Fraud

Fraudulent activity results in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. Customers indemnify E2BET against losses arising from fraud.

20. Intellectual Property

All platform software, systems, odds, trademarks, and content are owned by E2BET or its licensors. Unauthorized use, scraping, or reproduction is prohibited.

21. User Conduct

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Abuse, threats, or harassment
  • Malware or hacking

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.
